Are you vendor-neutral?

We have deep Microsoft expertise and most recommendations gravitate toward Microsoft 365 + Azure at SMB scale — but the choice is driven by fit, not lock-in. For security we also work with Sophos, Kaspersky, Xcitium, Acronis. We recommend what fits.

How do you charge?

Two common shapes: project-based for one-off discovery / roadmap / implementation, or fixed monthly retainer for ongoing advisory under managed-services SLA. Price ranges depend on company size and scope — we share an indicative band after a 30-minute discovery call.

Can you work with our existing IT vendor?

Yes — and often we do. Many of our customers already have a vertical-software vendor (ERP, customs, hospital system). We layer Microsoft 365, security and compliance on top without touching the vertical software.
