Web-based ERP Systems

Last reviewed:

Modern ERP runs in the browser, deploys without local server, and integrates natively with Microsoft 365. We help SMBs select and operate web-based ERP — without selling the licenses ourselves, keeping the recommendation independent.

Cloud-first

No local server, no desktop install — browser access from anywhere.

Mobile-ready

Field sales, warehouse, executive views from phone/tablet.

M365 Integrated

Excel export, Outlook integration, Teams notifications, SharePoint docs.

Power BI Layer

Real-time dashboards on ERP data — sales, cash, stock.

Why web-based ERP

  • No server to maintain — vendor runs the infrastructure, patches, backups.
  • Always current — version updates happen on the vendor schedule, no upgrade projects.
  • Geographic reach — branches, remote workers, field sales all on the same system.
  • Microsoft 365 integration — Excel export, Teams notifications, SharePoint document attachment, Power BI dashboards.
  • Mobile-ready — warehouse scanning, field sales, executive dashboards from phone.

Vendor landscape in Türkiye

Major web-based or web-capable ERPs deployed in Türkiye:

  • Logo Tiger 3 Enterprise (web client), Logo Netsis (web)
  • Mikro Fly, Mikro Run
  • Nebim V3 (retail, fashion)
  • SAP Business One Web Client
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central — fully cloud-native
  • Birasyo (Turkish SaaS ERP, mid-market focus)

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you sell ERP licenses?

No — we are not an ERP reseller. Our role is customer-side consulting: vendor selection, requirements analysis, implementation oversight, integration with M365 / reporting. Licenses are purchased directly from the ERP vendor or their authorized partner.

Cloud ERP or on-premise ERP?

For new deployments, cloud ERP is usually the better choice — no server to maintain, always current, geographic flexibility. On-premise ERP remains relevant when very specific customization, local data residency, or existing infrastructure investment requires it.

How long does ERP migration take?

From legacy on-premise to web-based: 4-8 months typical for SMB. From spreadsheet/manual to first ERP: 3-5 months. Multi-entity or multi-currency: extends.

What about e-document compliance?

Turkish e-fatura, e-irsaliye, e-defter, ETGB mandates apply regardless of cloud/on-premise. Major ERPs have certified GİB integrator connections. We verify the integrator and KVKK posture in the contract.
